15. One of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you within 2 business days of receipt of this request. If you do not receive a telephone call within 2 business days, please call us at 760-839-4682 to follow up.

    When contacted, you will need to provide your driver's license number and your social security number, confirm the property address, telephone number and where you'd like to have the bill mailed.

    Please understand that water service can only be started Monday through Friday and we do require a 3-day notice if using this method to request. If you need it turned on before 3 days, please call us at 760-839-4682.

    We are unable to start service the same day a request is made. In emergency situations, we can do same-day service for a fee.

    Emergency Start Fee $225

    Monday through Thursday

    • Fee applies after 3:30 p.m.

    Friday
