Approved Special Event Vendors 

All vendors that have been contracted to provide inflatable air jumps, or any other special equipment, which will be set up on City property, are required to have current approved insurance and a current Escondido business license. The companies listed below have met these requirements. This list is provided for contact information only and does not imply a recommendation of any particular company by the city. The facility user is responsible for checking with companies to determine rental rates, availability, and cancellation policies before entering into a contract agreement. 

Access to electricity is not available for inflatables or any special equipment. You must contract with the vendor to rent a generator.

Your permit application, requesting permission to set up an inflatable or special equipment on City property, will not be approved until a copy of your rental agreement with the vendor has been received and the $25 non-refundable air jump/special equipment processing fee has been paid. The vendor must email a copy of your rental agreement no later than the Friday, one-week prior to your event. The City is not responsible for late emailed contracts. 

Dixon Lake Reservations:  

If the air jump/equipment will be set up at Dixon Lake, then the rental agreement needs to be emailed to dixonres@escondido.gov and not the Community Services Department.  Please note:  No jumpers in excess of 15x15 are allowed at Dixon Lake.
